2. Digital Journalist

Focus: Bridging the gap between traditional radio and online audiences.

Responsibilities: Fact-checking, multimedia content creation (audio/video/photos), and social media trend monitoring.

Interactivity: Engaging online audiences and managing digital news cycles.
3. Broadcast Engineer

Technical Base: Background in Electrical Engineering or RF (Radio Frequency) systems.

Experience: Hands-on with FM/AM transmitters, antennas, and live event production.

Compliance: Deep knowledge of broadcast health and safety protocols and equipment troubleshooting.
4. Programme Manager

Vision: Designing schedules that align with the station’s mission while attracting high listenership.

Leadership: Supervising on-air standards, preventing presenter schedule clashes, and driving innovation.

Regulation: Must ensure 100% compliance with NBC (National Broadcasting Commission) codes.
5. Radio Station Administrator
