Key Responsibilities
As the Social Media/Content Writer, your responsibilities will include:
- Content Creation & Publishing: Creating, editing, and publishing engaging content for a variety of channels, including social media platforms, company blogs, newsletters, and the main website.
- Content Strategy: Developing content calendars and managing daily posts across key platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (formerly Twitter).
- Campaign Collaboration: Working closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute compelling digital campaigns.
- Trend Monitoring: Keeping a keen eye on social media trends, understanding audience preferences, and monitoring competitor activity to inform your strategy.
- Performance Tracking: Monitoring and reporting on key social media metrics, and proactively suggesting improvements based on performance data.

Requirements
Brit Properties Nigeria is seeking a candidate who meets the following criteria:
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in English, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- Has 1–3 years of proven work experience in both content writing and social media management.
- Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Is proficient with various social media platforms and content management tools.
- Has the ability to create both long-form and short-form content that consistently aligns with the company’s brand voice and objectives.
- Must reside around the Ajah axis, Lagos.
