Job Summary

LifeBank is recruiting a Medical Key Account Agent to drive product growth by acquiring and managing healthcare clients. This sales-focused role requires relationship-building, lead generation, and the ability to meet ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Acquisition & Account Management:

• Meet with healthcare facilities to present LifeBank solutions

• Close deals and manage service delivery expectations

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

Customer Health Management & Retention:

• Act as liaison between clients and operations

• Resolve service-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction

• Promote long-term retention and upsell opportunities

Sales Target Delivery & Reporting:

• Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas

• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide sales reports

Requirements

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

• 2–3 years’ experience in B2B or healthcare sales

• Strong background in client relationship management

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong negotiation and presentation skills

• CRM proficiency (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)

• Ability to manage multiple accounts

• Resilient, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
